Multi-Node Proxmox Homelab Cluster

A 3-node Proxmox VE cluster spanning personal, AI, and business workloads. Each node runs LXC containers and is connected via Tailscale for secure mesh networking across locations. Infrastructure is fully codified with Terraform and automated with Ansible.

The cluster handles everything from self-hosted productivity apps to a full AI inference stack, all behind Cloudflare tunnels with Zero Trust access controls. Daily automated backups ensure data resilience across nodes.

Private AI Assistant Platform — OpenClaw

A fully self-hosted AI assistant platform running on a dedicated Proxmox node. OpenClaw provides private LLM inference, speech-to-text, document parsing, vector search, and web browsing capabilities without sending data to third-party APIs.

The platform uses LiteLLM as a unified gateway to route requests across local and remote models, with Qdrant for vector storage, Meilisearch for full-text search, and n8n for workflow automation. All services run as Docker containers with centralized logging.

Centralized Observability Stack

A unified monitoring and logging platform that collects metrics and logs from all three Proxmox nodes into a single Grafana dashboard. Prometheus scrapes system and container metrics, while Loki aggregates logs from every service across the cluster.

Alerting is handled through n8n workflows that process Grafana alerts and deliver notifications. Uptime Kuma provides external availability monitoring with a public status page at status.techneek.icu.
