What's included in the free consultation?
A 30-minute call where we review your current infrastructure, discuss your goals, and recommend a path forward. No sales pitch — if you don't need our services, we'll tell you.
Can I switch plans later?
Infrastructure monitoring plans are month-to-month — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days notice. Full MSP plans (helpdesk + endpoint management) require a minimum 12-month agreement due to the onboarding investment involved. AI deployment projects are billed as described on each tier.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. All our services are delivered remotely. We've worked with clients across multiple time zones and can accommodate async communication workflows.
What if I need something not listed here?
We do custom project-based work for one-time deployments, migrations, and audits. Reach out with your requirements and we'll build a custom quote.
Do I need to provide my own hardware?
It depends on the service. For self-hosted deployments, you'll need hardware (we can advise on what to buy). For cloud-based setups and monitoring, we handle everything in software.
How quickly can you get started?
Most engagements begin within a week of the initial consultation. Simple monitoring setups can be live within 24-48 hours. Larger infrastructure projects typically take 2-4 weeks.
