Agreement

By using the Techneek website (techneek.icu) or engaging Techneek for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Techneek provides IT consulting, managed infrastructure, self-hosting solutions, and AI automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement (proposal or statement of work) before work begins.

Free consultations are informational and do not create a service obligation. Recommendations provided during consultations are general guidance, not guaranteed solutions.

Engagement Terms

All paid engagements require a written agreement outlining:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment schedule
• Support and maintenance terms (if applicable)

Monthly managed service plans operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Hourly consulting is billed in 15-minute increments at the agreed-upon rate.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely access to systems, credentials, and information needed to perform the agreed work
• Maintaining backups of their own data before any migration or infrastructure changes
• Reviewing and approving proposed changes before implementation in production environments
• Paying invoices within the agreed timeframe (typically net-15)

Intellectual Property

Work product created specifically for a client engagement (custom configurations, scripts, documentation) belongs to the client upon full payment. General-purpose tools, templates, and methodologies developed by Techneek remain our intellectual property and may be reused across engagements.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information, infrastructure details, and business data as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. We are happy to execute mutual NDAs upon request.

Limitation of Liability

Techneek provides services on a best-effort basis. While we strive for the highest quality and reliability, we cannot guarantee that systems will be free from all issues. Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for:

• Data loss resulting from client-initiated actions or third-party service failures
• Downtime caused by upstream providers, hardware failures, or force majeure events
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Active engagements are governed by the terms in effect at the time the engagement agreement was signed.
